It's me, hi! 9/24/24

Wow what a week.


☆ We went to San Francisco for intercambios!! I was there for 4 months so I was soo excited to get to go back!! I got to see so many people that I love so much. It literally felt like a dream, we visited so many people I had taught and to see them going strong makes me so so happy!

☆ Sunday we had stake conference in Córdoba! So the whole ward went in trafis together! We helped Federico (amigo) and Denisse (menos activo) to go which was a miracle!

☆ Angelo (in the front) got asked to share his testimony in the stake conference!! He got baptized 3 months ago! He shared his experience and how he is preparing to serve a mission!

☆ GOT TRANSFER NEWS!! ⚠️

I got transferred to Oncativo, which is a little pueblo like an hour and a half outside of Córdoba! 

☆ Said goodbye to all the people I've grown to love these last few months! 

☆ My new comp is Hermana Pinar! We lived together in San Francisco for a transfer, and literally always joked that someday we'd be comps! I just know this transfer is gonna be a party!


This last week I went into it wanting to give everything I had. To end the transfer with a bang! 


Then everything went wrong, buses never showed up, plans got canceled, and by Wednesday I was feeling a little defeated. I felt like I had given my all these last few months, and while we had seen countless miracles and found so many incredible people I started comparing myself to others. Wondering why we hadn't baptized, if we were doing something wrong, if I was good enough. 


Then we went to San Fran and I was able to see the fruits of my efforts there. Were the 4 months I spent there perfect? Definitely not. Were there things I could have done better in my time there? For sure. But I can genuinely say that I gave everything I had.


I had been praying to see the results of all our work. Some sort of miracle to show me that all the running around was worth it. When the week ended we still had 0 fechas, we hadn't had any crazy insane miracle complete with a baptism, but as I said goodbye to everyone I could see that I had done what God needed me to do. I planted and watered a whole lot of seeds, and even if I won't be there to fill up the font, I know real soon I'll be seeing a whole lot of pictures of people dressed in white!

Holaa todos! So sorry I had no time to write an email last week so here's just a quick update on the last little bit! Played soccer for p-day for the first time in my mission. I may have gotten a little bit competitive!  Had Zone conference!! It was so good! We talked all about becoming/helping others become lifelong disciples of Christ! Plus I got to see my bestie Hermana Jensen! We're still praying for the day we get to be comps! LIDIA GOT BAPTIZED!! I mean it when I say that Lidia is the most kind, loving, selfless person I've ever met! She's become our mom here in San Fran and I just love her so much!  Had zone p-day in Arroyito! Played some more soccer, ate some churi pan and played some Uno! Plus I bought the sickest shorts, son buenísimo  Celebrated Hermana Mascarenhas’ birthday!! Hola everyone!! This weekend was seriously full of miracles!! Friday night we went to visit Nadia and Miguel (our recent converts) and Miguel's son was there! They had been telling him about the plan of salvation, and he wanted to know more! So we taught him all about God's plan for us, and it went so good!! Then the next night we went to visit them again and another one of Nadia's sons was there!! I literally had Deja Vu. We taught him all about the plan of salvation and how we're here to be happy! He said he's gonna come to church next week with Nadia!! Literally loco!!  And the biggest miracle of all!!! ANA AND GABI'S PAPERS CAME!!! Ana and Gabi are our friends who have been waiting for months for Ana's birth certificate to come so that they can get married and get baptized! It's me, hi! 5/23/24

Sorry it's been a minute, I just know you've all been missing my weekly emails :) But let me tell ya, it's been a crazy couple of weeks! Some quick highlights: Hermana Silva! Intercambios with Hermana Vasquez!!  Hermana Huaraca pretty much every day after I made her walk all over San Fran Hit 8 months! Time seriously doesn't exist in the mission Had stake conference! We weren't gonna go in person, but last minute President Zanni had the elders buy us tickets to go!! Got go see Hermana Pingry! (I LOVE YOU) I knew I trained my hijta good when she wanted to eat ice cream even though she was freezing cold  #ilovegridos TRANSFERS!!! Sadly I'm getting separated from mi hijita and the hermanas in San Fran  But I got reunited with Hermana Martin! (we lived together in my first transfer) We're doing a white wash in an area that had elders before. Pray for us in our new pension   But I already know it's gonna be a great transfer!!
