Some highlights from this week: ☆ Intercambios with Hna Valdez!! ☆ The sunsets in Carlos Paz>>> ☆ Had intercambios in Unquillo and ended up in a surprise goodbye party for Hna Mascarenhas! ☆ The last Sunday of the transfer! We said goodbye to Hna Davison and Hna Massey without knowing it ☆ Donato got baptized!! The hermano just kept pulling out pizzas and we just kept eating them. Me and hna Martin maxed out at 5 pieces each and left the rest for the elders ☆ Today we went to pick up Hna Gerstner and Hna Bastidas!! This week we learned that both of us think we have the power to teleport and be everywhere all of the time. Sadly we don't, and ended up literally running all over Córdoba trying not to make all of our plans work out, but God really heard our prayers and somehow we made it work!  Tuesday we surprised the hermanas in Huerta Grande with intercambios! We texted them at 8 telling them they had to be at the bus stop at 9. I stayed in Huerta with Hna Pamplona and we had a party!  Wednesday night we went to Córdoba and stayed with the hermanas in Chacabuco, the plan was to just stay the night in Córdoba and then meet up with the Hermanas in Unquillo and split up in the morning. But it was a holiday (one of the never ending random holidays here) so there weren't buses in the morning. So instead we just stayed and did a blitz with the hnas in Chacabuco in the morning, then made a quick stop to pick my package (thanks mom) and see the Woods! Then we ran to the bus stop, made it there wi...

Hola!! These last few weeks have flown by! I HIT 9 MONTHS!! I still can't believe that I'm halfway done, somehow it feels like I've been here for ages and like I just got here yesterday. But I am seriously so grateful for the mission, I have learned more, and met more amazing people than I ever imagined I would! And I can't wait for the next 9 months! Anyways, it's been a minute and all the weeks blur together so here's some quick recaps from the last little bit! Zone conference!! Federico and Deniss invited us over for lunch last minute!! They've become our parents here in Sion  Pray for their papers to come in so they can get married and Federico can get baptized! We're blessed to have a bunch of hermanas ready to help us!  ANGELO GOT BAPTISED!!  Angelo is good friends with a couple of members in the ward!! One of them gave him a Book of Mormon a few years ago (Diego), and the other is serving a mission in Chile right now (Elder Carvalho)! Right before...

This week felt like we were in our own HGTV show, fixing all the damage that years of elders had made in our pension Happy to say that: our table top is now attached to its legs the air conditioner actually heats up our room the light in the kitchen can be turned off we can see out of our windows our oven and stove top works we have mattresses that don't have mold on them the mirror is still being hung by a phone charger The elders left us without gas, so we couldn't cook anything for a few days. We had to get real creative and come up with stuff we could make in the microwave 25 de Mayo! Saturday was a big holiday here in Argentina, like their independence day. They had a ward activity so we got to go meet some of the members and learn how to take the bus here! Ate locro, which is Argentina's staple holiday dish. I actually have no clue what's in it, a whole bunch of different types of funky looking meat, some beans, and absolutely no salt. Yum God was definitely liste...

Sorry it's been a minute, I just know you've all been missing my weekly emails :) But let me tell ya, it's been a crazy couple of weeks! Some quick highlights: Hermana Silva! Intercambios with Hermana Vasquez!!  Hermana Huaraca pretty much every day after I made her walk all over San Fran Hit 8 months! Time seriously doesn't exist in the mission Had stake conference! We weren't gonna go in person, but last minute President Zanni had the elders buy us tickets to go!! Got go see Hermana Pingry! (I LOVE YOU) I knew I trained my hijta good when she wanted to eat ice cream even though she was freezing cold  #ilovegridos TRANSFERS!!! Sadly I'm getting separated from mi hijita and the hermanas in San Fran  But I got reunited with Hermana Martin! (we lived together in my first transfer) We're doing a white wash in an area that had elders before. Pray for us in our new pension   But I already know it's gonna be a great transfer!! Not gonna lie, it's been an i...
