Hermana Milne’s Mission in Cordoba, Argentina

  Hey guys! Sorry I put off writing this email and I don’t have a ton of time so it’ll probably be a little bit shorter. But this week has been something else. Watching general conference here was so cool! I think this was the first time I’ve ever watched all of the sessions all of the way through, and I didn’t ever even fall asleep! I loved all of the sessions, but the Saturday morning session was seriously soo good! I invite all of you guys to go listen to it, especially if you’re like how I used to be and slept through it! Overall I just felt like there was a huge emphasis on love and compassion, and our relationships with God, which is always good! Hey everyone! I feel like I just barely wrote my last email, but don't even worry I've still got plenty to write about!  Literally the most insane thing happened, after a crazy turn of events, my awesome companion got asked to share her and her family's conversion story in the CCM presidency's meeting. So on Monday we went and she shared her story with all of the presidency and their wives, while I just sat there looking pretty haha. But she absolutely killed it, she even got the President of the CCM to cry cause the spirit was SO strong! I'm seriously so grateful for her and her example to me! But I am a little nervous, cause now we're a little too close to the "big dogs" as they called themself hahah. I've almost been a missionary for 2 whole weeks! Its actually crazy thinking back to getting set apart, every day since that has felt like a week. But for the most part I'm loving it!! Feel free to skip to the pictures at the end, that really is the best part of these things anyways :) My companion is seriously the best ever, it feels like we've been friends forever and I met her for the first time on Tuesday. We have a good time laughing at all the élders in our district, they provide constant entertainment. Our teachers are actual saints for putting up with us. The CCM has been awesome! It's soo pretty and everyone is super nice, even when we can't really understand each other haha. The food's definitely hit or miss, for the most part it's been good, but there have been a few meals of just watermelon, salad, and cereal. But they make up for that by selling Dr. Pepper in the tienda, I seriously don't know if I could make it through my classes without it...
