Some highlights from the last couple weeks: Intercambios with Hna Blazzard!! ☆ Someone accidentally broke the door handle of the chapel… ☆ Went to Laguna Larga, one of the other little towns in our area! A member from Córdoba sent us the information of one of his friends who lived there. We went to visit her and we had a really good lesson!  ☆ Found out where Facundo lives!!! Facundo is one of our friends who we found on Facebook! He has come to church twice and really likes it! But he is superrr suspicious of everything and won't give us his address   This week we were just walking down the street and we saw him outside of a house. As soon as he saw us he booked it, but he couldn't get the door open, poor dude was stressin haha. We just walked by like nothing happened to not scare him too bad, but you better believe that we're gonna be knocking some doors on that street this week ;) ☆ This year marks 100 years since there have been missionaries in South America! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I actually can't believe it's already 2025, the mission is actually a time warp cause to me it feels like 2024 just never happened. But I'm so grateful for everything I've learned throughout this year, I seriously wouldn't trade it for anything. Getting to talk about Jesus all day every day for 365 days is pretty great. Some highlights: Intercambios with the hermanas in Bell Ville!! ☆ Coke ☆ Found a fun little sunflower patch! I   Oncativo  ☆ Had quite the adventure getting to dinner last night! A huge storm hit right as we needed to start walking there, the power went out, the streets became rivers, and the only light around was the huge lightning bolts   But we knew there was an asado waiting for us, so we put on some pants, tucked our dresses into our coats and got walking!  ☆ It was so worth it ☆ What's the only logical solution when the power goes out? FELIZ NAVIDAD!!!  Some highlights from the week: ☆ POV: us outside your door hiding in the shade waiting for you to answer  ☆ Went to Rio Segundo for district council and got absolutely drenched ☆ Left a note for some members! Their window was open, so we turned it into a paper airplane and threw it inside! ☆ Last night we had dinner with some members! It was basically the Christmas dinner from every movie ever, the crazy aunt who doesn't stop bringing up controversial topics, the cute little grandma, the dad who's fed up with everyone's crap, and the kids who are just there for the show! It was the best!!! Hey I'm back! But I procrastinated this again so sorry but this weeks emails gonna be short and sweet :) Some highlights from the week!!  We found this little old lady named Lucia who's the sweetest ever, she came to church on Sunday and accepted a baptismal date! ☆ Helped a family set up their pool ☆Got absolutely drenched in a massive storm. Everyone was telling us all day long that a big storm was coming, and did we listen? Of course not.  ☆ We had a special Christmas conference which was so good!  ☆ For the annual Christmas talent show our zone did a live nativity, the elders were very committed to their roles  ☆ WENT TO THE TEMPLE!!!  ☆ After the temple we went over to the mission home while we waited for our bus! President Zanni was home alone, so he cooked us up some eggs! We also got transfer news and Hermana Smith and I are staying together here in Oncativo! Some highlights from the week: ☆ We gave a Book of Mormon to one of our friends! When we asked her if she had read what we had left her she responded with this!! (basically saying that it made her want to keep reading more!)  ☆ Mamá Zanni ☆ Thanksgiving and leadership council! Had pepperoni pizza for lunch (a rare find in Argentina) And talked a lot about how important it is to work with members!! ☆ Thanksgiving call with the fam!! So grateful for them!!  ☆ Got a little wet  ☆ Me when I got My Plan today ☆ We decided to save some money and take the train instead of the bus to Córdoba today, 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend ☆This week we also had 4 friends at church!! One of them was a red point that I had found my last transfer here, she stopped us in the street this week so we invited her to church and she actually pulled up!
